Lo Kwok-Wah had a bad day recently.
The Hong Kong man was crippled after the fan from a mini-chopper toy gizmo clipped his head and dug into his skull.
The 46-year old was in a coma for months and is now confined to a wheel chair, Dick Cheney style! He is now suing his fellow helicopter enthusiast pal, king of men, 40-year-old Chan Man-king.
For you see it was Man-kings 1.5 meter long toy chopper that crashed into Lo Kwok-Wah at a rare patch of HK park. Chan was found guilty of reckless flying and endangering a person by a magistrates court.
The toy copter left a massive 20 centimeter gash in Kwok-Wahs head and even scraped part of his brain.
Magistrate Jason Wan told the defendant that model aircraft enthusiasts, like car drivers, had to consider the safety of those around them, reported The Sun newspaper.
“You should have known the risks,” he said.
“It is clear you flew the helicopter low without due regard for the safety of other people.”
