The photos were leaked online after being taken off a laptop computer. The photo scandal rocked the region and put a number of lucrative entertainment careers in jeopardy.

Sze Ho-chun, was convicted of three counts of accessing a computer for dishonest gains and was remanded to custody pending sentencing in two weeks various media reported.
Local radio reported that Magistrate Tong Man said Sze Ho-chun had commited a serious crime and betrayed the trust of his client, and that Sze Ho-chun would be likely sentenced to jail time.
Prosecutors argued that Sze Ho-chun copied the racy photos from Chen's personal laptop when it was dropped off for repairs. Sze Ho-chun gave other clients copies of the pictures on compact discs.
Hong Kong celebrity hotties including singer Gillian Chung and actress Cecilia Cheung were asked to appear during the 10-day Hong Kong trial.
