22-year-old former fashion model and German Next Top Model reality TV show contestant Sarah Knappik has gone from uber-skinny fashion model to obese fatty, German media reported.
An ugly looking Sarah Knappik was snapped on a German street looking lathargic on a bench, a completely different person from the model that became well known across Europe and even starred in TV ads seem by millions selling gaming products.
But alas, Sarah Knappik had not just been on a multi-month chocolate cake and deep fried chicken eating binge, Sarah Knappik was actually wearing a fat suite for a German TV show experiment.
In 2008, Sarah Knappik was known for being the leanest fashion model on the Next Top Model show.
