Star of TV hit series 24, Kiefer Sutherland has handed himself into police in Manhattan after it was alleged he assulted fashion designer Jack McCollough at a night club event.
On Thursday Kiefter Sutherland will face a minor assault charge against fashion designer Jack McCollough in court on 22 June, Jack McCollough likely made a back handed comment about Jack Bower, the man he plays in action nightmare TV series, 24.
The alleged attack on Jack McCollough comes as a time when Sutherland is currently on probation over a conviction for drink-driving.
The alleged assault on Jack McCollough took place at a event party at a Manhattan club following Monday night's Met Costume Gala. The party was attended by A-list stars such as Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham.
