A Californian man who was roughed up after trying to snap a photograph, Robert Rosen, is suing RnB artist Chris Brown after a scuffle outside LA Fitness centre.
The sued by Robert Rosen claims bodyguards of singer and artist Chris Brown roughed him up outside the L.A Fitness club when he took a photo of Chris Brown.
Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Robert Rosen V Chris Brown, Chris Brown's body guard and the L.A Fitness club case will be heard at the same court where Chris Brown will hear charges that he assaulted his then-girlfriend, pop R'n'B singer Rihanna.
The alleged February assault by Chris Brown on Rihanna, at the night of the Grammy awards, left Rihanna bloodied and bruised.
"Fan" of Chris Brown, Robert Rosen is suing the singer for personal injury. Robert Rosen is claiming the singers body guard chased him when he attempted to run away. The lawsuits alleged that an employee of the LA Fitness club "tried to block an exit" so Robert Rosen could not escape the wrath of Chris Browns body guard.
The claim by Robert Rosen even says he fell down a flight of stairs at the fitness club. The body guard of Chris Brown allegedly picked Robert Rosen up by the shorts and "physically assaulted him".
The Chris Brown law suit claim by Robert Rosen also says the fan was "severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally"
The alleged incident by Chris Browns body guard happened inside the LA Fitness club, where Robert Rosen took several pictures of the singer as he used the gyms facilities to play basketball with pals.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown has told the web via life casting video website Justin.TV that he is no monster in the lead up to the Rhianna-Chris Brown assault trial.
With the encouragement of fellow artist, Bow Wow, Chris Brown ranted in a 37-second post on the video sharing and streaming web site.
Speaking directly to the web camera, Chris Brown talked about his new album, “Graffiti,”
“I’m telling you, I’m telling you, I just want to say, ‘What up! Cause I ain’t been out there in a minute,” he said.
Chris Brown also referred to the alleged Rihanna assault case, without mentioning singer and former girlfriend Rihanna by name, he closed his 37-second post saying:
“Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you. I ain’t a monster.”
