Police in Los Angeles are reportedly searching for, or want to talk to, Michael Jackson's personal physician, Doctor Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, sources say.

Police want to question Dr. Conrad Robert Murray over allegations that Michael Jackson was injected with a fatal dose of the painkiller Demerol, just before his cardiac arrest and subsequent death on Thursday June 25, 2009.
LAPD are said to be examining a BMW which was towed yesterday from Michael Jackson's $100,000 a month Hollywood rental home where they also seized bags of prescription drugs. The BMW was registered to a woman named Susan Rush. Susan Rush is believed to be Conrad Murray's sister.
The news of Dr. Conrad Murray followed reports via media that 50-year-old Michael Jackson had been given an large dose of the powerful painkiller Demerol drug. Jackson had suffered various unnamed medical problems. Some media said Jackson was addicted to Demerol.

Conrad Murray is affiliated with two hospitals, one in California (St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, Cal.) and Texas (Doctors Hospital Tidwell, Tidwell, Tex).
Conrad Murray went to medical school at Meharry Medical College School of Medicine and graduate in 1989. The Meharry Medical College is located in Tennessee and is "the largest private, historically black institution for educating health professionals and scientists in the United States."
Dr Conrad Murray has 17 years experience in the field of cardiology.

TMZ reported: "We've learned law enforcement is looking for a doctor (Dr. Conrad Robert Murray) who lived at Michael Jackson's home - and the doctor is nowhere to be found... The cops want to interview the doc."
An LAPD spokeswoman told news organizations early Friday LA time that the Dr. Conrad Robert Murray search could not be confirmed.
An unidentified man writing on a medical website claimed Dr Murray : When EMTs arrived at Michael Jackson's home yesterday, the medics wanted to pronounce him dead on the scene -- but Michael's personal doctor refused to let them "call it" -- this according to sources close to the situation.When EMTs arrived there was evidence someone had been performing CPR on Michael for "quite some time." There was evidence of Lidocaine -- an old-school drug that can be used to treat disturbances in the heart's rhythm. Medics took over performing CPR but determined Jackson was lifeless -- and wanted to call the coroner to pick up the body.We're told Jackson was flat-lined when EMTs arrived.
But our sources say M.J.'s doc demanded EMTs continue performing CPR anyway, and demanded that they take Michael to the hospital. Once they arrived at UCLA, we're told Jackson's doc continued to personally administer CPR -- even though it was clear Jackson was already gone.
