A man has died after falling into a vat of super hot chocolate at a factory in Philadelphia.

The man who worked at the Lyons and Sons chocolate factory was killed after he was walking on top of the vat of boiling hot chocolate and fell in an opening.

Co-workers of the unnamed 22-year-old chocolate factory worker heard his horrifying screams but by the time workers reached him it was too late, local news reported.

Reports sad investigators into the chocolate death happened when the
man was caught up in the machinery mixing the chocolate.

Local ABC Action News said its reporters encountered some of the workers in the parking lot in the minutes after the chocolate tragedy. The workers were seen covered in chocolate and seemingly in dismay, the local news reporters said.
