Michael Jackson Will : John Branca, John McClain co-Executors, Diana Ross Gardian

Michael Jackson's will has been filed in an LA court.

The late Pop King designated singer and good friend Diana Ross to look after his children if his mother passed away before him, reports said.

Michael Jackson's will, compiled by Michael Jackson 7-years-old, was filed early Wednesday in California. The will gives his entire estate to the Jackson family trust. The Michael Jackson will cuts out his former wife Debbie Rowe.

The Michal Jackson will is dated July 7, 2002. The Michael Jackson will estimates his estate at that time at more than $500 million.

The Michael Jackson estimated half billion US dollar estate includes; "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."
The will also declares that Jackson is not married. The Michael Jackson will names John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel as co-Executors. John Branca was Jackson's lawyer, John McClain is a music executive and Barry Siegel was Jackson's accountant, but only until 2003.
John Branca and John McClain released a statement after the will was filed: "The most important element of Michael's will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children."
