A bizarre squad car dash camera video of a female police officer named Janine England kissing married Police Chief Timothy Escola from Ohio has been released.
The video has created a full blown scandal in Perry, Ohio and shows part-time police officer Janine England kissing Timothy Escola as they ride in the front of a police car.
The video rolls showing Janine England leaning across the car to snuggle and kiss her police superior as they drive in suburban Cincinnati. In the back of the squad car a suspected criminal and Janine England is seen looking over her shoulder in the video recorded June 2, 2009.

Even more bizarrely, it appears both officers were clearly aware of the camera, with Janine England seen pointing to the camera and telling the burglary suspect that everything is being recorded.
In total 8 hours of video were recorded in the Janine England and Tim Escola incident. Emails between the pair discussing their apparent love affair were also released in the scandal.
Chief Escola hired 30 year old Janine England back in 2005, local media said. Records show Janine England is a married woman.
It's not known if the police pair are involved in a full blow extramarital love affair of if it was just an innocent few kisses from Janine England on her chief.
