The family deny it, but they will give in soon. Folks, Its a Hoax...Balloonboy Falcon Heene captures the attentions of millions around the world, all for a pathetic hoax.
When news rushed in that an unnamed 6-year-old boy (who turned out to be Falcon Heene, the Balloonboy, and son of science-weather freak Richard Heene) was floating far up in the air at 30 miles an hour in Colorado, the world quickly gasped in shock and turned to cable TV news and online streaming video.
Millions across the Unites States and across the world watched in horror as the UFO shaped flying saucer helium balloon raced across the Colorado skies presumable carrying little Falcon Heene. The world waited to see what would happen to the the Balloonboy.
Well when the UFO balloon finally hit the ground some 100 or so miles from lift off at the home of Falcon Heene, word came in that the balloonboy was not in the Flying Saucer helium balloon built by Richard Heene. Was it a hoax? Where was little Falcon Heene? Had Falcon Heene fallen out of the balloon and fallen to his death?
Balloonboy Hoax...Heene family after the big "show" hoax....A few hours later came word. Little Falcon Heene was alive and well! Millions of people gave a collective sigh of relief..Then quickly came the questions.
If little Falcon Heene was alive and well, was he ever in the balloon, why would his parents let this happen?
A news conference was called and the Heene family explained that little Falcon Heene had been "hiding"" Anne Frank style in the family attic in a box. A hyperactive 6-year-old spent all day in a box?
Thank God, just a little prank pulled by a mischievous child looking for attention?
Think again. It looks like the balloonboy hoax was not just a little trick by a little boy with a naughty streak.
Falcon Heene's father, Richard Heene, is known well as an attention seeker and down right clown. Richard Heene can be seen in videos online with his children in the middle of a dangerous Hurricane, as well as explaining that he has proof Aliens exist on the planet Mars.
Then came an interview on CNN's Larry King Live show a few hours after the drama of Balloonboy unfolded. Watch how Richard Heene reacts when his son Falcon is pressed into explaining his balloon boy actions, and tell me this whole balloon boy saga was nothing More than an attention grabbing hoax that fooled millions of concerned people.

UPDATE: You cant even make this stuff up. Local Colorado TV news now reports the Heene family have an amature video of the moment the balloon took off!
The video shows both Falcon Heenes father and mother standing in the back yard and the UFO balloon launching, the wacko Heene parents scream and shout "come back!" in horror.

UPDATE 2: Police in Colorado now say they may launch an investigation into Balloonboy...Let's hope the local authorities make Richard Heene and 'Mayumi Heene pay back all the money it cost the state of Colorado to send out a rescue mission for little Falcon, and lock up Richard and Mayumi for a long for this ridiculous stunt!
