Picture: Bianca Wisniewki...A cruel twist to a dramatic saga in the death of a beautiful blue collar worker, Bianca Wisniewki, who passed away after a fire at her apartment in "suspicious circumstances." Bianca Wisniewski was a day away from testifying in a case against parties including massive US Investment and financial bank JP Morgan.
A New York woman hailed as a pioneer, Bianca Wisniewski, has been found deceased after a fire ripped through her apartment in New York City.
100 firefighters were called to the massive fire that ripped through Bianco Wisniewski's home that badly injured three others and raised suspicions about how the fire started.
44-year-old Bianca Wisniewski, a "rare" New York blue collar worker, was due to appear in a US Federal Court on Monday 19th October 2009 after Wisniewki filed law suit against financial giant JP Morgan and her employer Total Safety Consulting.
The fire at Bianca Wisniewski's Queens New York apartment also left Bianca Wisniewski's 16-year-old daughter, Olivia Kuros, in a critical condition, along with two other men.
The two other men injured in the fire were aged in their 50's.
Media in New York called Bianca Wisniewski a pioneer of women in a male dominated blue collar industry and news of Bianca Wisnieski's death shocked the whole city.
In the Bianca Wisniewski law suit against financial powerhouse JP Morgan and others, Bianca Wisniewski claimed she was taunted with lewd come-ons and comments by a elevator operator by the name of Steve Greco at the Park Avenue site of the massive banks' financial headquarters in Manhattan.
The suit by Bianca Wisniewski claims that she was fired after telling superiors about the JP Morgan finance head quarters alleged sexual taunts and a groping by Steve Greco, and that her job was then given to a man.
Her lawer, Steven Wittels, at the time the JP Morgan and co suit was filed in New York said Bianca Wisniewski "is a rare exception who broke through the concrete and steel... but the male-centric brotherhood struck back at Ms. Wisniewski and quickly sealed the breach."
Papers said that Bianca Wisniewski claimed Steve Greco said to her, as he grabbed Bianca Wisniewski on the waist: "I just want to take you to dinner, no f------."
"Everybody kisses engineer Steve....This is a man's world, not a place for women to work," Bianca Wisniewski said Steve Greco boasted.
The law suit claiming discrimination against her employer and JP Morgan was said to be worth around $20 million.
New York investigators said they will continue to investigate how the fire started and the circumstances surrounding the tragedy of Bianca Wisniewski.

This woman dies on the day she is suppose to testify. There were 4 people in the apartment and only 3 survived? 100 firefighters respond and only 3 are pulled out in time to survive. How long did it take the FDNY to get to her? The Mayors Office should look into this tragedy. May God bring those responsible into the light and my suffer the justice that Bianca so deserves!!!
