A British man, Craig 'Lazie' Lynch, is still taunting police some three months after escaping from prison on Facebook.

Since espacing from Hollesley Bay Prison near Woodbridge, Suffolk in England in September 2009, Craig 'Lazie' Lynch has become an internet folk hero, amassing a Facebook fan club of thousands.

Such is the popularity of Craig 'Lazie' Lynch, even T-Shits of now world famous fugitive Craig Lazie Lync are being sold online for $14 dollars a piece.

The Craig 'Lazie' Lynch t-shot includes an image of Craig Lynch sticking up his middle finger, and the logo "not so lazie".

According to Facebook, Craig Lazie Lynch has a tagline that reads: "Life is what you make it, live fast, die young!!!"

Since his escape from prison, where he was serving an aggravated burglary conviction, Craig Lazie Lynch has been posting updates such as the food he is eating, places he visits, even 2009 New Year's Eve plans.

Reports also say Craig Lazie Lynch has even posted on the women he's cavorting with and railed against his critics who he calls "haters".

Hilariously on Christmas Day 2009 Craig Lazie Lynch posted a picture of himself shirtless, wearing tinsel and holding a turkey.

"Hate me all you want but I promise you one thing! Its my name that they'll remember not you haters," Craig Lazie Lynch wrote.

British authorities and Facebook told the BBC they were monitoring Craig Lazie Lynch's posts to track him down. The run for Craig Lazie Lynch may even soon be over, he posted recently.
