Branjalina: Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Sue After False Marriage Break Up Claims

Hollywood mega lovers Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will sue UK newspaper News of the World after the outlet claimed the pair were about to split.

The Angelina Jolie-Brad Pitt alleged marriage split was reprinted and broadcast on thousands of different media outlets world wide after a story first published by the UK tabloid.

The reports turned out to be completely false, despite millions of fans world wide believing the couple had split for good and very much for real.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's lawyer, Keith Schilling, called the "widely republished" allegations "false and intrusive".

Speaking on behalf of Jolie and Pitt, Schilling said the Rupert Murdoch owned News of the World had failed to meet "reasonable demands" for an apology from the couple.

The statement from Keith Schilling also included quotes from Sorrell Trope, a man identified by various media outlets as a divorce lawyer advising Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Trope said that he had never even met Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie.

"I have had no contact from... Angelina Jolie and / or Brad Pitt," said Sorrel Trope.

"I have never met... your clients or had any involvement with either of them. The foregoing is true with respect to all other members of this firm."

The news that Jolie and Pitt would sue News of the World in London came just hours after the famous couple were spotted together at the Super Bowl in Florida.
