Bikini model Lara Bingle is to sue Australian rules Footballer Brendan Fevola after he allegedly released a controversial nude photo of the popular Aussie model to the internet that eventually made it to the mainstream media, tabloids Down Under say.
The racy photo of Lara Bingle, best known for her "where the bloody hell are ya?" Australian tourism campaigns, was printed at the weekend in Australian newspapers and magazines.
The Lara Bigle photo alleged to have been taken by Brendan Fevola of the Brisbane Lions Australian Football League club is said to have been taken during a reported love affair relationship between the model and sports star several years ago.
The picture of bikini model Lara Bingle appears to show the Sydney based celebrity naked in a shower attempting to cover herself. Bingle shows an unhappy facial expression. The Lara Bingle-Brendan Fevola image was reportedly taken on a mobile cell phone digital camera and sent to friends via MMS, eventually making it online and onto print media.
The personal manager of Lara Bingle said the model and TV personality was talking to her legal team about taking action against the well known Australian pro-footballer.
Update: Discraced Australian Football League reporter Dylan Howard named by TV news show A Current Affair, allegedly sold Lara Bingle picture to Womans Day magazine.
