The boyfriend of Disney star Miley Cyrus, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth has landed a star role in the upcoming film Arabian Nights, directed by Chuck Russell.
Liam Hemsworth, who co-starred with Miley Cyrus in the Disney production 'The Last Song' will star in the action-adventure movie to be shot in 3D.
Cyrus who is 17 and Liam Hemsworth who is 19 gained fame in Australia in long running drama series 'Neighbours'.
Liam Hemsworth will play a young commander in Arabian Nights, who joins forces with Sinbad the Sailor, Ali Baba the thief, and the Genie to rescue Queen Scheherazade from the magic lamp after a coup in his Kingdom.
Miley Cyrus' boyfriend will begin filming in a few months.
