Lindsay Lohan wants $100million from Etrade Online Financial Trading Platform for "milkaholic" ad

MANHATTAN, New York- Hollywood train wreck Lindsay Lohan is using online financial trading platform Etrade for US$100 million for "pain and suffering" created by an advertisement that Lohan claims was modelled after her.

Lindsay Lohan is demanding Etrade hand over $1 for every viewer of the ad Lohan says has impacted on her image that is as recognisable and valuable as Oprah or Madonna.

TE Etrade financial advertisement features a boyfriend stealing "milkaholic" baby in the cute advertisement aired to over 100 million Americans during the 2010 NFL Super Bowl.

In the bizarre lawsuit filed Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court, NY, Lohan claims eTrade is using the Lindsay Lohan brand name to "make money."

The Milkaholic Lindsay Lohan commercial is part of a series starring babies who play the stock market. The Etrade Super Bowl commercial features a boy apologising to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling the previous night.

A lawyer for the talentless Hollywood star said: "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."
