Tech Security Firm eCrypt in BlackBerry Smartphone Key Move

On Friday February 26, 2010 eCrypt Technologies, Inc. /quotes/comstock/11k!ecry (ECRY 0.84, -0.02, -2.33%) and Global Capital Partners LLC (Global Capital), agreed to settle the outstanding debt secured by the convertible debenture held by Global Capital, by converting all amounts due on the debenture into common shares of eCrypt Technologies, at the price of $0.81 per share.

By doing so, Global Capital increased its shareholdings of eCrypt to 12.01%.
